All orders benefit from FREE delivery to any address in Malta or Gozo.

Unlike other sites, we have no minimum purchase amount to qualify for free delivery.

Delivery is done by a third party courier, so as to ensure that you get your order as soon as possible.  Orders placed before 14.00 usually get delivered the following day.  However please allow up to 2 working days for delivery since there may be delays which are beyond our control.

Delivery days are Monday to Friday, excluding any public holidays. The delivery person will always call you before doing the delivery, so it is very important to give us your mobile number when filling up the order form.

Contactless Payment methods available are Revolut or BOV Mobile Pay.  Else you can opt to pay Cash-on-delivery.

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Before delivery of product, by messaging us on the mobile number provided or through one of our social media platforms.
  • Or after delivery of product, by emailing us at inf[email protected] within 1 day from receipt of products.

Returns and Refunds of products or items that have already been delivered will be only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • The seal of the product is not broken i.e. has not been opened and contents of the product are the same as when delivered (where applicable)
  • The product has NOT been used
  • The product has NOT been damaged by you
  • The product is in the same NEW condition

Products may be returned by contacting us on [email protected] or calling 99049370 or by using the contact form on the website. Alternatively, we can pickup cancelled orders, with the delivery cost covered by the customer which can be deducted from the order total.
